A Harry Potter themed nursery? YES PLEASE! This was one of the most unique nurseries I’ve ever seen. Kelly and Anthony really committed to the vibe — the Hedwig stuffed animal, the Platform 9 ¾ sign, the floating candles. I truly felt like I had been transported to Hogwarts!
Baby Weston was 10 days old when I met him. He was the most precious little bundle! He was very curious when I got there and did not want to sleep, but we gave him some time and eventually he couldn’t resist the urge to snooze. This is part of why I encourage all newborn clients to allow 2 hours for our session; we don’t want to feel rushed if your baby needs time to wiggle, feed, change, etc. Once Weston was asleep, the magic could begin!
Throughout our time together, we got some of the sweetest baby snuggle shots. Weston loves being held by his parents, and Kelly and Anthony had that new parent glow the entire session. A friend of theirs had knitted Weston a Harry Potter sweater, so we did a few shots at the end in that with a wand. I absolutely love when people let their personalities and interests shine through in their photos. That’s how we capture your true story!
Thanks again to the LeonGuerrero family for inviting me into your home to capture these beautiful moments with you!
